We run structured discovery sessions, ask uncomfortable questions, and push back on assumptions that would cost you money later.

This is where most studios charge less and most projects go wrong. We treat discovery as the most important part of the engagement.

Design at Rehion is not a handoff document. It is a live conversation. We share work early — rough wireframes before polished mockups — so you are shaping the product, not reacting to it. Every flow is validated against the user journey mapped in discovery.

We do not design features that look good in a presentation but create friction in the real product. Every component becomes part of a system engineering can build consistently.

We build in two-week sprints. At the end of every sprint you get a live demo — not a status update, not a slide deck, but a working build you can click through and give real feedback on. You are never waiting six weeks to see what we have been doing.

Code is written to be maintained, not just to ship. Every function is tested. Every integration is documented. When the project ends, you own everything — all source code, all documentation, all credentials.

Launch is not the end of the engagement. We run a structured pre-launch checklist: security review, load testing, monitoring setup, rollback plan. Nothing goes live without passing it.

After launch we stay on. We monitor the product, respond to incidents, and work through the first iteration cycle with you. Most of our clients have worked with us across multiple projects because the relationship does not stop when the first one ships.
